River Run Day Spa has a deep commitment to providing our customers with the best service and experience possible. All bookings and sales are subject to our terms and conditions as stated below.

Terms & Conditions

River Run Day Spa has the right to change their terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.


You are able to book services with us online, in the spa, via email, or over the phone. We accept cash and all major credit cards, AMEX, Visa, Discover, and MasterCard. We ask that if you are booking a couples massage or multiple services, that you please call us to schedule.  If you need an appointment outside of our normal operating hours, please call us and we will do our best to accommodate the request. When booking online, a credit card is required to hold your appointment spot, if you are a no show to your appointment or reschedule or cancel late - your card will be automatically charged based off the below policy. If you are a new client, we ask that you arrive to your appointment a few minutes early to fill out new client paperwork. We cannot guarantee a full appointment for late arrivals.


Cancellations and No Show Policy

We do allow cancellations and rescheduling for no penalty as long as a 24 hour notice is given. Any "no shows" will be automatically charged for their full appointment value. Late cancellations or late reschedules (less than 24 hour notice) may be charged a $20 late cancellation/rescheduling fee, at the discretion of River Run Day Spa and the service provider.

Promotional Sales, Specials, Packages, and Gift Cards

All promotional items/specials and packages are non-transferable and non-refundable. Specials pre-purchased online must be redeemed within 4 months; after 4 months, the dollar value can be applied to a full price service. Gift certificates are available for purchase online and at the spa and expire within one year of purchase date and are non-refundable. We reserve the right to change prices and add/remove services, packages, specials, etc. without prior notice.


Due to health and sanitary reasons, we cannot accept returns on any products sold.


Out of consideration to our clients, we ask that you please silence or turn off your cell phone while receiving a treatment. We also ask that to maintain the calm and relaxing environment of the spa that you arrange for childcare during your service.


Gratuities are at the client's discretion and are greatly appreciated by our staff.

As always, we are here to serve you, if there is something that we can do to make your service here more enjoyable, please let us know. If you are ever unhappy with your service or service provider, we ask that you please call us and let our manager, Molly, know as soon as possible so we can rectify the situation.
